MrMoney ("we", "our", "us") operates the web application at mrmoney-dapp.web.app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Device identifier: A randomly generated ID stored on your device to maintain your session.
• Device fingerprint: A hashed canvas-based fingerprint used solely for abuse prevention (e.g., detecting multi-account fraud). This is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Wallet address: If you connect an Algorand wallet, we store your public wallet address to manage parcels, rewards, and redemptions.
• IP address: Logged temporarily for rate limiting and abuse detection. Not stored long-term.
• Location data: GPS coordinates are used in real-time to show nearby parcels on the map. We do not store your precise location history.
• Ad interaction data: We record when you watch an ad (timestamp, network, type) to manage boost rewards and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the game experience: parcel ownership, rewards, boosts, and redemptions.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the ad reward system.
• To display ads through third-party ad networks.
• To improve the app and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google AdSense / Ad Placement API: Displays ads in the app. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data.
• Firebase Hosting: Hosts the web app. See Firebase Privacy.
• Pera Wallet / WalletConnect: Used for wallet connections. These services handle their own authentication flows.

4. Cookies and Advertising

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

For users in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland, a consent dialog will be shown before personalized ads are served, in compliance with GDPR and the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your game data (parcels, rewards, boosts) is stored in a secure database. Wallet private keys are never transmitted to or stored on our servers — only public wallet addresses are stored. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Children's Privacy

MrMoney is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.

8. Data Retention

We retain your game data for as long as your account is active. Ad impression logs are retained for up to 90 days for abuse detection. You can request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
