Terms of Service

By using MrMoney ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

MrMoney is a GPS-based virtual land ownership game where users can own virtual parcels, watch ads to earn boost rewards, and accumulate USDC-based reward points. The App is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are created automatically via device registration or wallet connection.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and wallet.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the ad reward system is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4. Virtual Parcels and Rewards

• Virtual parcels are digital items within the App. They do not represent real property or land rights.
• Reward points are denominated in USD equivalent and may be redeemed subject to minimum thresholds and availability.
• We reserve the right to adjust reward rates, pool distributions, and parcel pricing at any time.
• Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on ad revenue, pool balances, and user activity.

5. Ad Viewing

• Ads are provided by third-party networks including Google AdSense.
• You must genuinely watch ads to receive boost rewards. Automated ad watching, bots, or any form of ad fraud is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to flag, suspend, or ban accounts engaged in ad abuse.

6. Wallet and Blockchain

• The App integrates with the Algorand blockchain for wallet connections and potential payouts.
• We are not responsible for lost wallet access, incorrect wallet addresses, or blockchain transaction failures.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the App.
• Creating multiple accounts or using VPNs to circumvent rate limits.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them instead).
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
• Any activity that undermines ad quality or defrauds ad networks.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion. Upon termination, unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost rewards, wallet issues, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount of rewards you have successfully redeemed in the past 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
